Systems, methods, and apparatuses for associating flexible internet based information with physical objects
Issued US 20140263677
Systems, apparatuses and methods for associating flexible Internet based information with physical objects is described. An example system includes a database server configured to generate a tag responsive to receiving a request from a requesting device. The tag is encoded with a uniform resource locator. The database server is further configured to associate a tag type of a plurality of tag types with the tag. The tag type indicates an intended use of the tag. The system further includes a…

Slider Control for Security Grouping and Enforcement
Issued US 20110185166
A group of security functions may be configured and managed by organizing the security functions and their features into a ranked list and made available through an administrative console. The ranked list may represent various levels of security from which a user may select. Once selected, the security functions may be configured according to the selected level. The console may determine a current security level by analyzing the configuration or status of each of the security functions and…

The ranked list may represent various levels of security from which a user may select. Once selected, the security functions may be configured according to the selected level. The console may determine a current security level by analyzing the configuration or status of each of the security functions and presenting a single status level from the ranked list determined by the least secure setting of the various security functions.

Backup and Recovery System for Multiple Device Environment
Issued US 20090100158
A backup system stores configuration data for several interdependent systems in a single backup store. As the systems are being configured and when changes are made to the systems, the backup store is updated with the change. The systems may be configured with each system having a designated role. During a restore operation, an otherwise unallocated system may assume a particular role and use the configuration logic defined for the role that may be taken from the backup store. The system may…

Multimodal generative information retrieval system with precise answer localization and content-aware rendering
Filed 19/075601
A system that can process and display answers pulled from different types of documents (e.g., invoices, IDs, forms, etc.) and file formats (e.g., DOC, PDF, PNG, MP3, MPEG, etc) in response to user queries. It compares the target document (e.g., an expense receipt), the query (e.g., "is this compliant?"), and a supporting reference document (e.g., company policies). These embeddings are stored in a vector database, allowing us to calculate the most relevant reference materials. What's especially…
What's especially useful is that the system highlights specific locations within those documents using visual indicators, making it easier for users to identify, understand, and verify the key information quickly. Since Base64 understands documents more in depth than any other Document AI, the result accuracies are greatly increased.

The present invention provides apparatuses, systems, and methods directed to document data extraction to facilitate searching. In one aspect of the inventive subject matter, a method of extracting searchable content from an uploaded document is contemplated, the method comprises the steps of: extracting document content from the uploaded document, the document content comprising field labels having associated field content; indexing the document content according to a taxonomy (e.g., user-defined or built-in) to create key-value pairs, where the taxonomy comprises a set of known keys that field labels can be mapped to, and where each key-value pair comprises a field label matched to a key and field content matched to a value; conducting OCR on the uploaded document to extract text content; transforming, using a large language model (LLM), the text content to create LLM generated key-value pairs; and storing the key-value pairs and the LLM generated key-value pairs to a database.

Visual Segmentation of Documents Contained in Files
Filed 18/342612
The present invention is directed to apparatuses, systems, and methods that use artificial intelligence to facilitate document segmentation. Document segmentation can be useful to isolate multiple documents that are included in, e.g., a single image so that each document can be processed individually.
