About

With over 25 years of experience in the tech industry, I have a proven track record of building and scaling innovative products and solutions that delight users and customers, and drive business growth and impact.

As the General Manager at Twitter, I led the product and engineering teams that power one of the world's largest and most influential social media platforms. Prior to joining Twitter, I was the VP of Engineering at Reddit, where I took the company through hyper-scale, growing the engineering team from 35 to over 250 engineers, and increasing the monthly active users from 250 million to over 500 million. I also ran the product and engineering teams for Power BI and Looker, the two most innovative BI tools in recent years, delivering cutting-edge data analytics and visualization capabilities to thousands of enterprises. Additionally, I serve as a board member and an investor for HubSpot and Bitly, two leading companies in the digital marketing and connections space.
