We have to consistently first define the business problem to solve (or business opportunity to capture), and how to measure success, ie the outcome. Then we have to find the right solution, which could be AI. AI is a tool in the toolbox, not always the answer. And if it is AI, do we mean automation, machine learning, agentic AI, GenAI?

ZS’s #FutureofHealth research found that patients want more face time with their doctors, even though doctors are busier than ever. But relief may be on the way. A pilot at the University of Iowa found that using an ambient AI tool to document encounters, providers reported feeling less burned out and patients reported feeling more “seen.” https://lnkd.in/eyB6QeE7
