“Michele and I met when she led media partner solutions at Macy's, and I represented technology platforms for Google. Together, we developed and implemented several early-to-market and first-of-kind novel use cases with our combined technology and data. The work resulted in both a cleaner view of media performance effectiveness for Michele, as well as ways to activate and optimize more quickly and more precisely. In our time together, I found Michele to be a strategic thought leader, consistently focused on the outcomes and objectives followed by the technology to get there. Innovative and solutions-oriented, Michele had both the technological depth to interrogate solutions and technology, but was also grounded sufficiently in the industry to have appropriate expectations (an excellent skill for weeding out outlier results, or questioning incomplete data sets). Finally, Michele was always willing to iterate and enhance the status quo. When faced with failure, she would say, "what do we do next?" When experiencing success, she would ask, "how do we improve?" These are some of the reasons I found Michele exciting to work with -- always challenging and pushing for improvement, she unlocked amazing solutions for the retailer, but also pushed me to be more innovative. I continue to be grateful for that experience.”
