    The vision of the Georgia Girls STEM Collaborative Project is to bring together organizations throughout Georgia that are committed to informing and encouraging girls to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

    The goals of GGSCP are to:

    Maximize access to shared resources within projects, and with public and private sector organizations and institutions interested in expanding girls’ participation in STEM.

    Strengthen the capacity of existing and evolving projects by sharing exemplary practice research and program models, outcomes, and products.

    Use the leverage of a network and the collaboration of individual girl-serving STEM programs to create the tipping point for gender equity in STEM.

    The Private Directors Association ATLANTA CHAPTER is an essential element of the Private Directors Association (PDA) with a mission to: Advocate for and teach board formation and governance. Enhance private company value through high-performing boards. Advocate for the value of diverse and inclusive boards. Create a national alliance of directors, executives, and private company owners interested in board service to learn, network, and identify and attract exceptional board members. The PDA Atlanta chapter is led by members who volunteer their time and expertise to serve the private company community by convening directors, executives, owners, and the C-Suite of private companies for expert programming on leading board practices and developing issues. Chapter programs allow PDA members and guests to network peer-to-peer while learning about the most current and challenging topics facing our local private company community. The chapter helps participating members be more effective in the boardroom, add value to their organizations, and advance good governance.
