This recognition means so much to me. I love what I do, I love our partners, and I especially love the crew at Harness that shows up every single day to build something world class together. Extra congrats to Morgan Joscelyn and the other inspiring women for being named alongside me, so well deserved! Cheers to us. 🥂 #CRNWOTC #WOTC #WomenOfTheChannel #WomenInTech #PartnerMarketing

Mavian Roy reposted thisMavian Roy reposted thisExcited to share that Harness has been named the 2026 Google Cloud Technology Partner of the Year in Application Development — DevOps by Google Cloud. 👏 Over the past year, we’ve been working closely with Google Cloud to integrate AI directly into the software delivery lifecycle — from embedding Harness AI into Gemini to adopting emerging protocols like Agent2Agent. Being at Google Cloud Next this week and talking with customers and partners made it clear to me just how quickly this space is evolving. We’ve also just announced that we’re integrating Google Cloud’s Developer Connect into the Harness Software Delivery Knowledge Graph. The reason this matters is simple: software data is still fragmented across dozens of tools, which makes it harder for teams to see the full picture and harder for AI to be truly useful. AI is most valuable when it can help teams make better decisions with the right context — across code, deployments, and infrastructure. That’s what makes this partnership exciting to me. For our joint customers, it means a more connected, AI-ready view of the SDLC and a simpler way for humans and AI to work together. Proud of what our teams have built together, and grateful to Google Cloud for the partnership.

Mavian Roy shared thisToday, Harness has been named the 2026 Google Cloud Technology Partner of the Year in Application Development — DevOps. Having worked closely on this relationship for nearly 4 years, this one hits different. I’ve watched it evolve from early Marketplace conversations into deep platform-level integration — Harness AI on Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, our MCP Server inside Gemini, early adoption of the A2A protocol. None of that happens without trust built over time, and a shared belief that joint customers deserve more than surface-level partnerships. What makes me most proud isn’t the award itself — it’s the work behind it. Countless co-marketing campaigns, joint webinars, partner announcements, co-branded content, event activations at Google Cloud Next and global Google Summits, product roadmap discussions, and go-to-market motions that actually moved the needle. The teams across Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and Marketing at Harness and Google Cloud made this real together. For anyone building partner ecosystems: the compounding effect is real. One year you are planting seeds and the next you’re watching them become the foundation of an industry-leading collaboration. This reflects a year of deep integration that's changing how enterprise teams ship software. We brought the Harness MCP Server into Gemini, became early adopters of Google’s Agent2Agent (A2A) protocol, and embedded Harness AI into the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform — all to meet developers where they work and make human-AI collaboration seamless across the software delivery lifecycle. For joint customers, that means a unified, AI-ready view of the SDLC, not just faster pipelines, but smarter decisions grounded in real context across code, deployments, and infrastructure. Thank you to Google Cloud and to the Harness teams across Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and Engineering for making this happen. At Google Cloud Next this week? Stop by Booth #3107 for a demo! Mavian Roy shared thisIncredibly proud of this one. 🙌 We've been thinking hard about the AI velocity paradox — the faster enterprises adopt AI, the more their delivery pipelines struggle to keep up. And now we finally have an answer. Harness has partnered with Wipro to combine our AI Software Delivery Platform with WEGA, their agent-native delivery platform — so enterprise teams can automate and modernize their entire delivery lifecycle, without the chaos. This is exactly the kind of partnership that moves the industry forward. Can't wait to see what we build together. 🤝Mavian Roy shared thisThe AI velocity paradox is real: the faster enterprises adopt AI, the more their delivery pipelines struggle to keep up. Mavian Roy shared thisWhen I started at Harness 3.5 years ago, we were a "platform" with 7 modules. Fast forward, we are a PLATFORM with 17 modules and as cliche as it sounds -- we are just getting started. This company has no shortage of ideas on how to accelerate and secure software delivery. The bottleneck has always been the amount of resources to execute. With this Series E round, I can only imagine what Harness will look like in 3.5 more years. To my Harness colleagues and our investors, THANK YOU.Mavian Roy shared this🎉 Today, we announced a $240M Series E to accelerate our mission to bring AI to everything after code. Led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management and valuing Harness at $5.5 billion, this investment reflects the growing demand for a unified AI platform that helps teams deliver software faster, safer, and more reliably. It’s a defining moment for where the industry is headed. Organizations want a delivery process that’s intelligent, automated, and resilient end-to-end, and this funding allows us to accelerate our AI platform vision to support that shift. We’re incredibly grateful to our customers, our team, and our investors for helping us reach this moment. 🚀 👉 Read Jyoti’s blog to learn more: https://lnkd.in/gZA6uqbu

Now I can ask it "who from financial services has done 3+ activities in the last 6 months?" and actually get an answer. No enterprise budget. No technical background. Just a little time and a tool a lot of us already have access to. I'm sharing exactly how I built it at the next CMAweekly - Customer Marketing & Advocacy Study Group session on June 2 at 9 AM PDT. Mavian Roy liked thisMavian Roy liked thisJust wrapped up my first partner onsite with Harness in Chicago, and heading home knowing we’re in this together. It wasn’t just a regular icebreaker; it was a reminder of a tough truth: high performance is a choice driven by attitude, discipline, and emotional control. It’s about choosing a fighter mentality over a victim mentality when things get difficult. The sessions were educational? Absolutely. But the real value went deeper than just learning. We are a room full of professionals with different experiences. The goal wasn't to lecture us, but to get us on the same page, to learn from each other, and to remind ourselves that we aren’t alone. We were given a safe space to talk openly, under one rule: we entered as one team, and we leave as one team. Did it make us better? I believe so. Yes, we covered the heavy lifting—business updates, strategy, markets, internal processes, and we openly debated what works, what doesn't work, and how we can drive better efficiency in the role. But the biggest takeaway was ownership. We own our destiny, and we are empowered to handle whatever challenge comes next. #Leadership #Partners #OneTeam #Culture #Empowerment

Winning deals happen when reps show up ready, with the right message, the right skills, and the confidence to move deals forward when it matters most. And that only happens when marketing, enablement, and revenue teams work as one. That’s the driving factor behind our Winter Product Launch: putting everything GTM teams need to drive sales execution – content, insight, guidance, precision – right where it matters most: in the context of the deal. new episode of the vibescaling podcast with Jason Miller, VP Sales @ Unify, is officially live on Spotify, YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and our blog Unify is one of the hottest AI-native sales tech companies right now, helping GTM teams turn signals into pipeline for companies like Cursor, Listen Labs, and a ton of other fast-growing startups before Unify, Jason spent 7+ years at Monday starting as one of their first US sales hires and scaling into leadership through hypergrowth and IPO we got into: - why bespoke signals (data breach alerts, job req spikes, compliance gap scans) are where the real differentiation lives - why quota attainment without context tells you almost nothing about a rep's actual ability - the "can we do it again?" hiring moment that cost him his bar at Monday - and the lesson that stuck - the follow-up email problem: fewer than 50% of candidates send one, and 95% of the ones that do are garbage - the doctor analogy for why most reps aren't improving fast enough - and why roleplay tools like Hyperbound might be the most underrated thing in a modern sales stack - how he thinks about the sales tech landscape in 2026 - Clay vs Unify, the old guard, and what actually matters give it a listen/rate/review/subscribe - assets in the comments

Asana’s Secret to scaling pipeline? Agentic marketing with Piper the AI SDR Agent. Facing challenges like inconsistent follow-ups, stretched SDR teams, and missed opportunities during off-hours, Asana struggled with things most marketer teams worry about. They turned to Qualified and Piper the AI SDR agent to help them scale their pipeline motion without scaling their sales teams. Piper operates around the clock, engaging with high-intent inbound visitors, qualifying leads, and booking meetings directly into AEs’ calendars. This 24/7 coverage ensures that no opportunity slips through the cracks, even during peak times or after hours. The results? A remarkable 22% increase in pipeline without the need to scale headcount. Piper's ability to handle lead qualification and engagement autonomously has allowed Asana's human reps to focus on high-value conversations, enhancing overall efficiency. As Shannon Duffy, CMO of Asana, put it: “Agents like Piper are transforming how CMOs operate. This is what Agentic Marketing looks like in action: scalable, intelligent, and revenue-driven.” For a deeper dive into how Asana scaled their pipeline with Piper, check out the full case study here: https://ow.ly/XC9e50W2PHJ

I spent the beginning half of my career managing partner marketing programs and sales motions and know the pain of enabling your partners to sell alongside you. Partner-led growth works, but only when partners are empowered to deliver the same high-impact demos as your internal team. That’s why I’m thrilled to share the launch of the Saleo Partner Portal, designed to help organizations scale their demo strategy by equipping partners with the same tools that power your top reps. Here’s what it unlocks: ➡️ Live Demos with Real Data Partners can now run your high-converting live demos — the same ones your AEs use — complete with real, dynamic data. ➡️ Guided Tours and Sandboxes Whether it’s a self-guided product walkthrough or a sandbox environment for deeper exploration, partners can engage buyers on their terms. ➡️ Access & Personalization Controls You control what partners can access, personalize, and share — so your demo integrity stays intact while your partners get the flexibility they need. ➡️ Expand Reach Without Rebuilding No new demo builds. No cloned environments. No extra overhead. Just extend what you already use internally, and scale it externally. Let’s make partner enablement as seamless as it should be.

What I love about Hindsight is that it doesn’t stop at “competitive content.” It actually helps PMM teams change rep behavior, reinforce competitive muscle memory, and close the loop between what we learn and what sellers actually do in live deals. Instead of static assets, it’s about: • real win/loss signals • timely, contextual guidance for reps • and measurable impact on outcomes That’s the shift competitive teams need right now. Appreciate the Hindsight team for building something that’s focused on execution, not just enablement theater.

If you’re thinking about exit or simply trying to grow enterprise value, it’s worth pressure-testing where value tends to leak. In my experience, it often doesn’t start as a financial issue. It starts upstream, in go-to-market execution. Deals take longer than expected. Forecasts get tight. Teams push harder to close. Discounting becomes the release valve. Enough of that, and margins compress. EBITDA follows. In many cases, the root cause isn’t pricing discipline, it’s unclear pricing and packaging to begin with. There’s another pattern that I've just just as often. Win rates start slipping. Competitive losses increase. The instinct is to assume product gaps or external pressure and respond with more tools, more battlecards, more activity. Sometimes that’s valid. Often, it isn’t. More often, the underlying issue is deal qualification, who the GTM motion is really designed to win, and who it isn’t. When GTM isn’t aligned, teams end up compensating with quarterly heroics instead of fixing the system. Pipeline quality, velocity, win rates, and expansion aren’t just sales metrics. They’re signals the market uses to value the business. #gotomarket #enterprisesales

Most companies in competitive markets aren’t losing money because of bad sales teams… They’re losing money because of how long it takes to FIND customers who are ready to buy. And the cost of that delay? Far more damaging than you think. In our latest breakdown, we explain why remote BDR teams are becoming the secret weapon in high-competition industries like Energy, Telecoms & MSPs — and how they drastically reduce acquisition costs without hiring internally. Most sales teams have the content. What they don’t have is clarity on when and how to use it. That was one of the biggest takeaways from Allego’s recent guide on building a high-impact sales content taxonomy. We’ve relied on taxonomies for years to help reps find the right deck, case study, or ROI calculator. But now, it’s not just about helping humans search. AI is increasingly responsible for surfacing content during a sales cycle. And AI still needs structure. If your content isn’t organized by stage, persona, product, or vertical, your tech can’t help your reps. So yes, taxonomy is still important. Maybe more important than ever. But it’s changing. It’s no longer about just building a clean folder system. It’s about structuring your content so your AI tools can retrieve the right summary or snippet in real time. If your taxonomy isn’t mapped to the buyer journey, your reps and your AI are both guessing! We broke this down clearly in the guide, including examples by sales stage and industry. Let me know if you're interested and I'll shoot it over to you!

Your entire revenue org runs on two data sources, and both are completely broken. Most leaders don't realize where their coaching decisions actually come from. I see teams make coaching decisions based on subjective call reviews and rep self-assessments. It feels like data, but it’s reactive and inconsistent. When leaders don’t share a common definition of what good looks like, outcomes stay uneven, no matter how hard everyone works…

SalesOps DevOps MOps RevOps All the ops… And AIOps is next. This will be a mainstream position in most companies that focus on the implementation, training, utilization, and impact of AI throughout an organization. This would be a stellar role to move into. Best part? Anyone from any org or background has equal opportunity to make a career here, because all of this is new for everyone. That said, I believe the current Ops roles mentioned above have a bit of a leg up. Nevertheless, you just need to educate yourself on all things AI, stay up to date on new developments, and be good collaborating across orgs. IMO, this is a huge opportunity for new career paths.

Are you empowering your SDRs effectively? Most managers think more oversight means better results. But micromanaging actually stifles SDR growth and confidence. Here's what we've seen: SDRs who get clear priorities and trust ramp faster and perform more consistently. One manager cut corrective coaching by 40% by shifting from constant check-ins to focused 1:1 coaching that builds judgment. The key is teaching SDRs how to decide what matters daily, so they stop guessing and second-guessing. This reduces noise and builds execution fundamentals that last. Managers: stop managing every move. Instead, create clarity, set expectations, and empower reps to own their day. Your team will thank you—and your results will show it. How do you balance guidance without micromanaging your SDRs?

There is a critical distinction between buying an AI SDR off the shelf and building one that's tailored to your business. The off-the-shelf tools give you generic personalization from generic data. They work better than nothing. They don't come close to what a purpose-built AI SDR delivers.

Focusing on the financial ROI of a sale transforms nearly any buying decision—regardless of how emotional or irrational it may seem—into a clear, rational choice where the customer recognizes undeniable value. When you achieve this, the prospect will effectively lead the sale themselves.
