And it's using the promise of that enhanced suite of tools—along with financial incentives—to woo popular Substack writers to its platform. The White House’s new crypto adviser, Patrick Witt, has made three priorities clear: swift implementation of the stablecoin law, advancing a market structure bill, and establishing a federal crypto reserve. For crypto markets, this is about regulatory clarity. For real estate, the implications run deeper. Today, every property deal relies on outdated wire transfers that create delays, reversal risk, and billions in added costs. Title companies and banks are forced to layer on manual checks to safeguard transactions, slowing down settlement and raising prices for buyers and sellers. A regulated stablecoin framework gives institutions the legal certainty to replace wire rails with instant, final settlement in digital dollars. This shift not only reduces systemic risk but also lays the foundation for ownership records to be managed directly onchain. The result is more than efficiency. In the world’s largest asset class, even modest infrastructure improvements cascade into greater affordability, liquidity, and accessibility.
