I recently had a discussion with 3 of the world’s most influential minds, Satya Nadella, Sundar Pichai and Jensen Huang. We talked about the endless possibilities around the AI revolution. This conversation had all the necessary elements, fun, dilemma, visionary idea, bold predictions & a lot more. The atmosphere was beyond business possibilities.  It was supercharged towards a scope of growth. It wasn’t limited to tech, but opened up to a space of strategic innovation. Their minds were bubbling with ideas. The energy I felt in the room was contagious.  I dropped my thoughts around adopting a strategic mindset to integrate AI into growth. And yes, even they agreed: The biggest risk isn’t what AI can do. It’s what happens if we don’t secure it. . . Guess what, if you thought this meeting was real… It was (thanks to Nano Banana on Gemini 2.5 ). But the breach math is real too. I sat down with Naveen Bhati for a raw, no-fluff conversation on what it actually takes to lead in today’s insane digital age — from quantum disruption to building high-performance teams and turning founders into CEOs who scale. Here are the 5 biggest takeaways I shared (straight from the episode): 1. Founder vs CEO Reality Check A founder builds a product. A CEO builds a company. Brutal stat: Only 25% of founders successfully make the transition to long-term CEO. 2. Natasha Malpani, former Kae Capital partner and Stanford alum, has launched Boundless Ventures, a ₹200 crore (~$23M) early-stage VC fund dedicated to empowering AI-native #startups at the intersection of science, systems, and identity. What’s in focus: • Pre-seed and seed-stage investments into consumer AI, AI infrastructure, agent tooling, healthcare & logistics verticals, and make-in-India hardware/deeptech. • Already invested in six promising startups: Superhealth, Armatrix, Piersight, Knot, plus two Stealth Ventures. • First cheques are in the range of $200K–$400K, with reserves set aside for follow-ons. I really enjoyed speaking on the panel organised by Wadhwani AI on how CSR is evolving with data, tech and AI. Thank you, Aditya Nayan, Manju D., Lavanya Jayaram and Pranit Tulsi for an extremely engaging discussion. I often refer to the #LinkedIneconomicgraph for real time, unbiased data and insights about the world of work, impact of AI, jobs on the rise etc. As we draw closer to the #IndiaAIimpactsummit there are a few insights I’d love to share with my community that I also referred to in my panel: 1. There is a systemic shift in skills. By 2030, the skills needed for any job is going to change by 70% so even if you don’t change your job, your job will change on you. 2. While the above is true, the latest LinkedIn skills on the rise data shows us that the top skills in demand will be a blend of technical and human skills. While skills like prompt engineering and AI literacy are fast catching up, core human skills of creativity, human judgement and collaboration will remain key. 3. Even in the age of AI, people rely on their networks for most important decisions in their life such as changing a job, career mentoring etc. 4. Those most vulnerable - young adults and women, are also likely to be the most impacted with AI as majority of their jobs fall under the ‘disrupted’ category as apposed to being ‘augmented’ or ‘insulated’ from AI. 5. The key to successful social impact programmes tackling economic opportunity in the age of AI, will be in sharing learnings and iterating quickly, not in determining a fixed result.
