“I met Jack in 2014 after graduating from IBM's University Training Program. Jack hired me into his Global Watson Internet of Things (IoT) Team; A team with the spirit of a startup company, and tasked to move quickly in a new market to drive results. Right from the beginning, Jack challenged the team to get out of their comfort zones. He taught us to question the typical sales structure and challenge the internal bureaucracy that interfered with a client’s success. In addition, Jack empowered us to throw away the prepared PowerPoint presentations and listen to our clients and their top initiatives. He demonstrated time and time again, how to elicit the help from upper management to get the resources we needed to be successful. Although Jack and I no longer work for the same corporation, I still look to him for career mentoring and overall life coaching. He helps me to see the big picture and drive towards a vision. His passion is extremely infectious, and I look forward to working with Jack in the future!”
