You're developing a new product. How can you make sure it's what your customers want?
Invest in clear problem statements and design thinking artifacts, customer experience and journey mapping to understand gaps, challenges, and pain points, and design solution architectures that solve problems, with iterative customer involvement. Never allow solutioning to precede problem solving, and never stop agile iteration to improve the customer experience.
