“Lisa is an amazing co-worker, mentor, and friend. As her direct report, I had the pleasure of working closely with her in many different capacities. She was my first full-time manager. I learned so much from her about creating strong deliverables, liaising with clients, and being an employee in general. She approaches problems in a strategic, complete way and is able to think both big picture and about small details. Can't say enough about how wonderful she is!”

In Malawi, a team of field workers from the Mangochi District Water Office and Engineers Without Borders (EWB) Canada have showed, through the recently developed Water Investment Triggering (WIT) Approach, that it is possible to apply these techniques in new ways in order to encourage community payment for water point maintenance and repairs (primarily for boreholes and protected shallow wells with Afridev hand pumps).
