You're struggling with communication gaps due to different styles. How can you bridge the divide effectively?
Depends if it’s a one off situation or a large group where the divide may lie. If it’s a one off situation, I prefer the “let’s go for a walk & get coffee/tea/soda”. I worked in a downtown, mega high rise for several years. The walks to “coffee” were always valuable pin points as everyone learns & absorbs information differently.

One thing I’ve found helpful is bringing teams together for open dialogue, even feed back within the teams. You have to think about it like dating, share your goals, let them reap rewards, remind them when things need improvement and most importantly bring together similar personalities. Everyone should have someone they connect with professionally outside of their business environment to discuss strategies, planning, execution, sometimes just life in general and ensuring the finish line is always crossed. With those who are of similar mindset, the rewards are endless. Feel free to reach out, happy to share plenty of the mountains I’ve climbed. Leah
