In September, we announced the acquisition of National Diversified Sales (“NDS”). This acquisition marks another important step in advancing our strategy to diversify, strengthen resiliency, and accelerate long-term, profitable growth. Here are some of the key highlights: · Margin Resilience: We delivered a highly resilient 33.8% Adjusted EBITDA margin driven by strong execution, favorable price/cost, and a balanced product mix. · Net Sales Growth: Net sales increased +9% to $850 million, reflecting ADS’ strategy to prioritize higher-growth, higher-margin products, execute the material conversion strategy and implement self-help initiatives to improve safety and productivity. · Enhancing our Portfolio: Announced the acquisition of NDS, expanding ADS’ portfolio of stormwater and onsite wastewater solutions and advancing our strategy to diversify and strengthen long-term, profitable growth. In summary, we continue to execute effectively in a challenging environment, preserving strong margins and enhancing our mix towards more profitable products and geographies. A StormTech underground detention system was built beneath the site, working with HP Storm Dual Wall Pipe, Nyloplast Drain Basins, and ADS Geosynthetics to manage runoff, protect nearby waterways, and help prevent flooding during heavy rain. While everyone gets caught up in the tangible elements of the "logo", as the recent kerfuffle (I just like that word) about Cracker Barrel has shown. The key elements of a brand are its voice, values, mission, vision and position. The logo is just a visual representation of that; a brand is so much more than the Logo. At Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., we rebranded in 2020. The team spent the time to analyze the brand and build on the elements that make ADS, ADS. As a result, we got what you see below... and while I am biased, it's really good!! It showcases key elements of our product in a modern way and once you see the raindrop in the A, you cannot unsee it. It is a clever way to highlight that we are in water management, and it supports the brand position that "Our Reason is Water" It was great work, executed by our internal marketing team and an outside agency (Yes, we recruited a team of professionals to help us with our rebrand!!) and more importantly it was embraced by our customers, our employees and our investors.

But everything changed years later on Nov. 1, 1934, when he made the most important decision of his life—to follow Jesus Christ. Because of that commitment and his faithful obedience to the Lord over decades of ministry, millions of lives were changed for eternity by the hope of the Gospel. “When my decision for Christ was made … the direction of my life was changed,” he once said. “I’m not going to Heaven because I’ve read the Bible, nor because I’ve preached to a lot of people, I’m going to Heaven because of what Christ did.” Today, we honor Billy Graham’s life on what would've been his 107th birthday.
