We’re bringing our Services – Strategy, Consulting, Song, Technology and Operations – into a single, integrated business group called Reinvention Services. As part of these changes, I am honored and excited to become CEO of Americas, effective September 1. I’m looking forward to working with our incredible Accenture team, and to partnering closely with our Americas clients. I’d also like to congratulate @Manish Sharma who will lead Reinvention Services and @KateHogan, who will succeed me as COO of Accenture. I’ve had the privilege of partnering Kate for decades, most recently in her current role as COO of Americas. She’s a fantastic leader who will help take Accenture, and our clients, to new heights. We have exciting times ahead, and I’m proud to be at Accenture leading the way in this next wave of AI & reinvention.

ADP held its yearly Innovation Summit on September 3rd 2025 at the beautiful Esses House Hotel in Manhattan. It was the first time ADP combined its partners (advisors) and analysts - which did not affect the quality / information of the event. Key takeaways are that ADP has lived up to its promisses for AI from Analyst Day 2024 - and ADP Assist is now part of all ADP #HCM products. After many years of not getiting ADP Lyric to show traction, ADP has now solved the 'riddle'. According to Sreeni Kutam it was the right timing of product maturiy and market demand that helped. ADP passed the key milestone of more net new customers adopting ADP Lyric than existing customers (of course this is a lot of business and focus). The ADP Marketplace remains the strongest HCM marketplace - because it got the founding rules right (all welcome, except for payroll) - and has stuck to them. Not surprisingly (due to the recent WorkForce Software, an ADP company acqusition the work on the Workfroce Management (WfM) has just stared and needs more work on direction / roadmap etc. - but there is tremendous upside for ADP to convert this from partner to organic revenue in the years to come. There is less focus on ADP GlobalView at this event - nonetheless ADP shared that it is innovating both on the offering side (SAP Rise) and platform side (SAP BTP). (Much) more at ADP ReThink in January 2026. Overall congrats to ADP for positive adoption news, more than solid work on the AI side and consisten innovation across the products. Karen Hutchings has gone from leading one of the world’s largest travel programs at EY to advising scale-ups that are trying to challenge established structures. That shift gives her a perspective that connects both sides of the industry. In our discussion three themes came through clearly: – Many travel teams hesitate to use technology that could take pressure out of their daily work. The gap is not in availability but in adoption. – Startups often struggle less with their product and more with understanding how corporates function – from budget approvals to procurement cycles and security checks. – Curiosity is becoming a core skill for leaders. It opens doors to new tools and new ways of thinking, and helps them keep their role relevant in a fast-changing environment.
