“I worked with Jenn for 1.5 years at American Express in the Digital Labs organization. More than anyone else on the team, Jenn sought to understand the User Experience for every product she led. She discovered and adapted psychological principles to her product designs, she learned and worked with design programs and she fluidly translated research outcomes into engineering and design updates, while intentionally applying human centered design learnings to anything she approached in the future.
