“Jake epitomizes the phrase, "If there's a will, there's a way." Every initiative that Jake embarks on or supports with gets changed for the better. He has a humble demeanor, but don't be fooled- Jake has a spark that is rare to find, and he pushes himself to do things that few would be motivated to attempt. For example, Jake solely managed 500+ employer partners during his time at Ascend Indiana. I would often hear praises about Jake from these employers when I'd attend events alongside their reps. Outside of work, you can often find Jake training for daring feats, such as a marathon, triathlon, or the most recent Appalachian Trail adventure. Jake brings a strong drive into all aspects of his life, and he lifts those up around him to succeed.”
