“Hans is a talented designer. But for me, what really set him apart was his eagerness to learn. Rather than asking me to help improve the UX copy in his Figma designs, he’d actually say “Show me how to write better copy myself.” Which is what every UX writer wants to hear from a designer! I valued this opportunity to show him the value and impact of successful UX copy in turning a good product into a great one. I hope the documentation I produced for the Lloyd’s design system will continue to give him inspiration and information in equal measure.”
