Our students at honor.org use this tool to access three months of content, all in one place. This scalable process is implemented across all Honor Foundation campuses and plays a critical role in the Veteran's transition from active duty to civilian life. WAYPOINT introduces (and sometimes reintroduces) the art of journaling. Taking six months to develop, multiple models and methods from various authors and assessments, such as Simon Sinek's WHY Discovery, Gallup CliftonStrengths, The YouSchool, Career Leader, and more, were pulled together to create the 200-page journal. In late 2019, we collaborated with Bloomberg LP to print the 2020 edition and have continued throughout 2024. We are grateful for everyone involved in making this vision a reality! #military #veterans #leadership #journaling #education
