    The aim of this study is the meaningful game-theoretic analysis of the interaction of economic actors in the field of leasing, namely the construction of classical cooperative game, the use of different methods of solving and interpretation of results. In this paper, the analysis is performed by constructing a cooperative game-theoretic model of leasing activity and subsequent analysis of the solutions of cooperative games with transferable utility, lying in its basis. The economic interpretation of the results is based on the data obtained as a result of the construction of C-core, N-core, as well as the calculation of kurtosis.

    The article presents the analysis of the leasing market development features in Russia and in the world. According to obtained results the main driver of the leasing market growth is the attractiveness of leasing product itself. Interestingly, the main leasing preference in Russia is tax deduction, while in Europe, otherwise, it is non-tax advantages of leasing. At the same time, this article contains an overview of main researches, devoted to leasing examining.
