“I had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth Lotardo as our keynote speaker for the FSD Impact Conference 2026, and I can’t say enough about the experience. Elizabeth brought an energy and depth that elevated the entire event and left a lasting impression on every person in the room. She closed out our conference with insights drawn from her outstanding book, Leading Yourself, and delivered them with clarity, authenticity, and a genuine connection to the audience. Elizabeth has a rare ability to take big, meaningful ideas and translate them into practical, everyday leadership actions. You don’t just listen to her ,you walk away reflecting, motivated, and ready to put what you learned into practice. Our team was still talking about her message long after the session ended. She challenged us, encouraged us, and reminded us that leadership starts internally before it ever becomes external impact. That theme couldn’t have been a more perfect fit for closing out a week focused on growth, collaboration, and purpose. Elizabeth was not only a phenomenal speaker, but also incredibly thoughtful, prepared, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and passion came through in every interaction. I highly recommend Elizabeth Lotardo to any organization looking for someone who brings inspiration, substance, and heart into the room. She made our conference better and we’re grateful”
