About

I’m a consultant, writer, and training creator who helps organizations drive emotional engagement.
My clients include DraftKings, Hilton, Thyssenkrupp, and numerous Berkshire Hathaway organizations. I’ve designed programs for senior leaders, frontline managers, and entry-level teammates.

My new book, Leading Yourself, is about creating meaning, joy, and opportunities at work, even when your job isn’t perfect.

I’m also the co-author of Selling with Noble Purpose and write for Harvard Business Review. My LinkedIn Learning courses on Leading without Formal Authority, Finding Your Purpose at Work, and Leading Yourself have helped over 2 million learners. A number that makes me feel both grateful and weird.

I have an undergraduate degree in advertising, a Master’s in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, and am currently a fellow at the Institute of Coaching, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School.

In addition to being a mega nerd, I’m a toddler-mom and amateur interior designer. Oh, and I have a lot of tattoos.

Raw feedback from my most recent session is below. It’s unedited, so yes—you’ll see the 2 people who said I talk too fast. You’ll also see what keeps me booked.

I help organizations drive performance by building cultures where people take ownership of their work—instead of waiting for perks, policies, or pulse surveys to do it for them.

Through consulting, executive coaching sprints, and learning experience design, I work with companies ready to move beyond surface-level engagement. My approach helps people own their roles, bring ideas to the table, put in extra effort, and stop dumping every problem on their manager’s desk.
