A key part of that experience is Delaware North, the food and beverage provider at MetLife Stadium, which has spent months preparing the core private-suite menu for one of the most exclusive sporting events ever staged in the U.S. MORE: https://ow.ly/lqq250ZmtTt

Our culinary and marketing teams developed a national menu framework for Banana Ball, with each host venue choosing offerings for its fans. Please consider supporting their fundraising efforts as they work toward race day. Every donation and share will help them get closer to their goals. Now, I just need to keep up with them! https://lnkd.in/g3bcG4Z2Datza Pogson liked thisLess than 40 days until Team Zito take on the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon! 🗽🏃♀️ For those who don’t know our story, my sister and I were at the finish line of the 2013 Boston Marathon waiting for our dad to finish when chaos ensued. What started as a day cheering him on quickly became a day that changed our lives forever. Fast forward 12 years, and in 2025, I had the opportunity to take on the Boston Marathon alongside my dad, crossing the same finish line where our lives changed in 2013. Now, the three of us are getting ready to take on another 26.2 miles together, this time through the five boroughs of New York City! We’re running with NYRR Team for Kids, raising money to help provide free youth running and fitness programs to kids across the country. With race day right around the corner, we’re making one final push toward our fundraising goals. If you’re able to donate, we would greatly appreciate your support! https://lnkd.in/g_D7jQ3B

Datza Pogson liked thisDatza Pogson liked thisIt's great when a useful, new book crosses my desk. Thank you to Octopus Publishing for the copy. Book Review: “The Tequila Bible: The complete lowdown on the spirit – more than 200 tequilas tried and tested” by Eric Zandona Eric Zandona, a staff writer at ‘Distiller Magazine’ and author of several well-received whiskey books, has added ‘The Tequila Bible’ to his list of comprehensive guidebooks. ‘The Tequila Bible’ is a fine catch-all and entryway into the world of tequila for anyone who enjoys the most popular of agave-based spirits. The history portion of the book, which includes a concise overview of the spirit’s rise to global popularity from its perceived image as party fuel to its eventual acceptance as an artisanal and historic spirit, is engaging and interesting without being too heady. It also includes a useful timeline of its key points and the laws that got it here. Of note is the chapter dissecting the information on a tequila label, which is also compact and answers most of the questions one would generally have regarding the terminology on the labels. Though I am usually not a fan of tasting notes and flavor profiles in reviews in books as they become outdated soon enough, Mr. Zandona sidesteps this with brand origin stories, histories and the players involved, making for succinct summaries that reward repeated reading while the reader enjoys their own tastings. There are also twenty, sound and user-friendly cocktail recipes that will come in handy as well. What I especially appreciated is the chapter on production. Simply but thoroughly explained, it is one of the best overviews of distillation that I have recently read. ‘The Tequila Bible’ is a worthy addition to your spirits library or a great gift for someone who wants to grow their knowledge in an approachable and comprehensible volume.

Last night The MICHELIN Guide announced its Greater Boston restaurant selections in the newly minted MICHELIN Guide Northeast Cities edition at a ceremony on November 18 in Philadelphia. Boston’s culinary leaders shined brightly at the ceremony where 26 restaurants being recognized across a variety of categories in the guide. The MICHELIN news builds off Meet Boston’s efforts to elevate the region on the global culinary stage, positioning Greater Boston as a must-visit destination for foodie travelers from around the world. In partnership with the Cambridge Office for Tourism, Meet Boston started collaborating with the MICHELIN Guide in May 2025 to shine a spotlight on the area’s dynamic dining landscape. MICHELIN Stars identify establishments serving exceptional cuisine that is rich in flavor, remarkably executed and infused with the personality of a talented chef. One Star was awarded to Three 1 One Omakase, located in the heart of Boston’s South End. “This new guide reflects our work to spotlight the culinary excellence of Boston, Cambridge, and the surrounding region,” said Martha Sheridan, President & CEO of Meet Boston. “Our efforts have ranged from building robust digital content around our restaurant, farm, seafood and beverage partners, to bringing local chefs on global trade missions in key international markets. We know that visitors will travel here specifically to experience our MICHELIN-recognized restaurants, and while here, they will discover that Boston’s culinary culture extends far beyond these selections.'
