Many of my Edward Jones colleagues experienced significant career changes, including layoffs and demotions. I am saddened that I will no longer be working with so many of these folks. Per firm policy, I am not able to provide written or verbal employment recommendations or references. However, what I can do is help amplify the voices of those seeking their next opportunity. While I was fortunate to stay in my role, it’s been a heavy reminder of how many talented people are navigating transitions—and how important it is to lean on our networks. My husband, Tim Morgan, is also on this journey. He’s looking for his next opportunity, and I wanted to share a bit about what he brings: • Loyalty & Marketing Strategy – Relaunched AMC Stubs, growing membership from 2.5M to 22M (+780%) and driving $1B+ in incremental annual sales. • CX & UX Expertise – Earned a master’s in UX; skilled in journey mapping, prototyping, usability testing, and experience design. • Cross-Functional Leadership – Directed marketing strategy for Enterprise Holdings’ loyalty programs, driving $3.17B annual revenue from 4.6M members while preserving 90%+ retention during a major system migration. • Research & Insights – Designed and executed national market research for brands like McDonald’s, Sprint, and Pizza Hut, translating insights into product launches and retention strategies.
