In 2017, the Economic Development Board of Singapore (EDB) along with the Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturers Steering Committee (BMAC) engaged our founders to design a groundbreaking leadership training programme (“Project Zodiac”) that would target the talent development of the entire biopharmaceutical sector of Singapore.

With support and funding from Singapore’s e2i Employability Institute, Forest Wolf has now trained nearly 1,000 leaders in Singapore’s Biopharma sector.

Secretary-General of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC). Minister Ng Chee Meng has commended Forest Wolf's Project Zodiac leadership initiative as being timely, valuable and strategic.

Crystal Lim-Lange has joined the Board of the Global Compassion Coalition, an international NGO seeking to spread and embed the practice and mindset of compassion.
Founded by psychologist and New York Times bestselling author Dr. Rick Hanson and activist and Sunday Times bestseller Jennifer Nadel, the Global Compassion Coalition is working to bring the science and practice of compassion to new audiences and, through that, unite divided communities and inspire action on what they argue are the major causes of suffering in the world - poverty, discrimination, and climate change.
This significant new movement already includes amongst its Board figures like neuroscientists Prof Jim Doty and Prof Tania Singer, and the South African politician and activist and anti-apartheid campaigner Dr Mamphela Rampehele. Since it’s launch in April the Coalition has grown to include over 10,000 individual members and organizations including the Charter for Compassion, Meetup, the Greater Good Science Center, comedian and activist Ruby Wax, and Mpho Tutu, the daughter of Desmond Tutu.
