Article entitled "Hope for the Holidays: Willi PD, community open hearts for girl," was recognized. The article is about the Willimantic Policeman's Benevolent Association's efforts to collect toys and raise funds to help a Willimantic 9-year-old girl who was injured in an East Hartford fire.
