Collin Campbell shared thisTariff exposure is not hitting every U.S. market the same way. Michigan and Texas carry more risk through automotive and vehicle parts, while Kentucky and Maryland are tied more closely to aluminum. Our latest research digs into what that unevenness could mean for commercial real estate, from 3PL demand and bonded warehouse use to developers leaning toward higher-conviction projects over speculative builds. Collin Campbell shared thisTenant strategy used to lean on labels and price tiers. That's not how people actually shop anymore. In our latest Retail Remix, Jessica Gangoso digs into why consumers move across brands, concepts, and price points based on identity, occasion, and convenience rather than category. Worth a read if you're thinking about what that means for tenant curation. https://cushwk.co/4yyVegPCollin Campbell shared thisThe next generation of tenant strategy has to follow the customer. In our latest Retail Remix article, Jessica Gangoso explores why traditional labels and price tiers no longer tell the full story. Today’s consumers move fluidly across brands, concepts, and price points based on identity, occasion, convenience, values, and cultural relevance. See what that shift means for the future of tenant curation in The Retail Remix: The New Playbook for Tenant Curation>> https://cushwk.co/4yyVegP

Collin Campbell shared thisInteresting data point from our Q2 AI Impact Barometer: adoption and investment are accelerating across regions, but the downstream effects are not converging. They are moving in different directions depending on where you look. Worth a read if you're trying to understand where those gaps are showing up and why they matter.Collin Campbell shared thisAI is advancing quickly, but its economic effects are becoming less uniform. Our latest Q2 AI Impact Barometer tracks how adoption, investment, growth and employment are shifting across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. The update shows a widening gap between where AI momentum is building and how that momentum is translating into economic, workforce and real estate performance outcomes. Collin Campbell shared thisCongratulations to Stephanie Greene on being named one of Sustainability Magazine's Top 250 Sustainability Leaders of 2026. What I appreciate about working with Stephanie is that sustainability never shows up as a separate conversation. It's already in the room when we're talking about operations, cost, and what a client actually needs five years out. That's harder than it sounds, and it's why recognition like this is well earned. Congratulations, Stephanie.

Collin Campbell shared thisOur multifamily teams manage more than 144,000 units nationwide. That is a large enough sample that the trend calls come out of the actual portfolio rather than the headlines. The latest Top Trends in Multifamily report points in a fairly consistent direction. Leasing activity is accelerating, occupancy is improving, rent growth is positive, and concession pressure is starting to ease. Worth a read if you're active in multifamily. https://cushwk.co/47ov4CP

Collin Campbell shared thisTariff questions are showing up in most of the client conversations I'm having right now, usually pointed at warehouse and distribution decisions. New research from our team maps where that pressure is actually concentrated across North America. Worth a look if you're active in industrial or logistics.

Collin Campbell shared thisThe rate headlines make it sound simple. Ten-year up, bad. Ten-year down, good. Kevin Thorpe's latest Note is a good reminder that the level of the 10-year matters less than why it's moving. Rates easing because inflation is cooling is a very different signal than rates easing because growth is stalling. Worth a read if you are waiting for rates to come down before making a decision. The reason behind the move probably tells you more than the number does.

Collin Campbell shared thisOur Q2 2026 U.S. Office MarketBeat report is out, and the office market keeps sending mixed signals worth paying attention to. 60 percent of U.S. markets recorded positive net absorption over the past four quarters, and Class A space is doing most of the work, nearly 24.5 million square feet absorbed over the year, 71 percent above the overall market. AI firms are a big part of the story. They leased 2.9 million square feet in San Francisco in the first half of 2026, 38 percent of that market's total leasing volume, and nearly 1.7 million square feet in New York, already 66 percent above all of 2025. As AI continues to reshape how organizations operate, success depends on more than adopting new technology. It requires strong foundations, clear ownership and a focus on helping people adapt and thrive through change. I'll be sharing perspectives from Cushman & Wakefields journey and discussing how organizations can build resilience, accelerate innovation and create lasting value. Most CRE organizations have an experience team. Almost none have an experience operating model. That's the gap. And it's costing them more than they think. A tenant app isn't a strategy. A programming team isn't a system. Real estate experience is an end-to-end operating model that spans leasing, operations, asset management, and the relationships that hold it all together. We broke down exactly what that shift looks like, and why the landlords who get it are pulling away from the ones who don't.
