This system is implemented for human resource management at ADC division in DBBL. There are about 400 employees at ADC division. Employee’s information and their posting, training, transfer, promotion and many other things are maintained by this system. Human Resource manager can see responsibilities of each employee. This system is uses for account number to card number conversion or vice versa. It shows all cards regarding a single account number. It also shows the status of the cards. There are three status of a card i.e active, temporarily block and block. Depending on status, official of ADC division check the transaction history of a card and solve transaction related disputed.

Countrywide implementation of Network Management System (NMS) for the largest telecommunication company (“GrameenPhone”) in Bangladesh. “Grameenphone” is an affiliated of Telenor. Grameenphone is now able to monitor and manage its telecommunication equipment through this system.
