Who is coaching in the UK? In 2024 we partnered with YouGov to conduct a nationwide survey examining the state of coaching across the UK. Heather Douglas, Head of Coaching and Policy at UK Coaching said: "Our research shows the importance of creating an inclusive environment for all coaches, to ensure the workforce represents our communities.
