“We often talk about the influence of great leaders and mentors, while I would argue the importance of a great competitor as well. Drew is one of my “great competitors”. By continually reminding me to remain focused on my goals and never cut corners. Knowing if I did Drew and his team would be right there in position to take the lead. As a retail field leader, Drew challenged me to work harder and smarter eventually becoming a great collaborator. As we work towards the hybridization of retail, I look forward to further collaboration with Drew in his new role with the Shinola digital marketing team. Though I’ll surely miss the competition. ”
