“Amanda led an effort to restructure the TUAS DOORs requirements database. She developed an effective strategy to tackle a big problem by breaking it into smaller pieces and address each in an agile manner. This work created a foundation for gradual improvement of the database. She also developed a set of training documents to instruct colleagues on how to use the new database structure which has improved the consistency and sustainability of our requirements database.”
