Systems And Methods For Teleoperated Robot
Filed 17480653
This patent is for an interface is designed to allow an operator to efficiently instruct a robot to pick an item from a picking location and to pack the item in a particular location and orientation within a storage container. As a result, the operator can instruct a robot to densely pack and rearrange items within an order container, reducing or otherwise negating the need for worker intervention to minimize packing inefficiencies.

Worked on the event ‘Tremors’ which introduces vibration sensing robots for the first time in a robotics competition. • Successfully pitched three projects (including swarm & aerial robotics) to a committee of Professors and Deans for faculty support and funding over 50 Lakhs. • Organized the Annual IEEE certified Robotics Winter Workshop 2011 along with other educational robotics workshops in IIT Kharagpur, Ranchi Science Center, Kolkata (BITM), BCET Durgapur, and Delhi. Conducted lectures and hands-on workshops on robot making at K.R.A.I.G. (Kharagpur Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Group) as the Head Instructor, for a total of 3000+ students in several cities. Recently contributed to successful collaboration of TRS with Texas Instruments for organization of Annual Robotics Winter Workshop 2014.
