Become an expert on the core value of the product for businesses and consumers. What ultimately will drive the desired outcomes you desire to achieve across both groups? Is there any overlap? Is there an umbrella strategy in which it would make sense to prioritize one target over another? For example beginning with an emotionally and creative messaging B2C play (Linkedin bold blue, helps you connect to your partners customers and friends and the desired out come to organically grow a LinkedIn community) may ultimately drive the products B2B KPI’s (LinkedIn for Businesses). This is accomplished when we strategically architect the value of the brand and the desired outcomes and the prioritization of the product to both core customer sets.
