The LinkedIn Recruiter Summary Report gives you easy access to your team’s Recruiter utilization and performance, with tips and resources to improve performance.
The Summary Report is a monthly report. You can access this month's data by selecting the current month in the date range dropdown. Updated metrics may take up to 72 hours to appear in the report. All reports are in Universal Coordinated Time (UTC +0).

Here’s a list of commonly used terms in the Summary Report and their definitions.

Influenced Hires measures all of your company’s hires who had one or more of the following interactions prior to being hired:
- Promoted Jobs: The candidate viewed a Promoted Job or clicked Apply.
- Recruiter: The candidate opened, accepted, or responded to an InMail, opened or responded to a message after being surfaced in Recruiter, or viewed the Recruiter's profile after being surfaced in Recruiter and receiving a message.
- Career Pages: The candidate viewed your LinkedIn Career Page, followed your company, set a job alert, or interacted with your company posts.
- Talent Media: The candidate clicked a Work with Us Ad, clicked a Recruitment Ad, engaged with a Sponsored Update, interacted with your viral feeds or other talent ads.
Once you enable Recruiter System Connect on your contract, Recruiter data for Influenced Hires will be synced/backfilled from your ATS for the last 2 years. This can vary by ATS.

In this report, the Influenced Hires metric does not include your company subsidiaries' hires.Here's a tip
In RSC-enabled contracts, you can click Data source and select ATS or LinkedIn Profiles from the dropdown to see how influenced hires interacted with your paid products on LinkedIn prior to being hired. -
InMail Response Rate shows the percentage of InMail messages that are accepted or declined within 30 days. This metric is an aggregated total from InMail messages responses on desktop and mobile.
- Calculation: ([# of InMail messages accepted + # of InMail messages declined] / # of InMail messages sent).

Job Slot Utilization shows the average percentage of paid job slots used in the selected time frame.
- Calculation: (Average # of job slots used / Total number of job slots).
Note: This metric isn’t available for clients in our Enterprise Program and won’t be shown.

Hiring Funnel shows how people move through your hiring funnel. Benchmarks are collected in three different time frames:
- Last 6 months
- Last 1 year
- Last 2 years
The start of the date range determines the time frame. For example, the benchmark will be the same for a start date of 2 months back and a start date of 4 months back because they're both within the "Last 6 months" time frame.

Hiring Trends shows the top five companies you’ve gained talent from during the selected date range, including the number of hires from each company.

Departure Trends shows the top five companies you’ve lost talent to during the selected date range, including the number of departures from each company.
