Hiring Assistant helps by refining those qualifications into better search queries and retrieving and displaying candidates that match the recruiter’s chosen qualifications.

What is LinkedIn Hiring Pro?
LinkedIn Hiring Pro is an AI agent that empowers SMBs to discover, connect and evaluate qualified candidates in order to hire the right person for their role and for their business. Hiring Pro helps manage their hiring workflow, like a recruiter would, and provides a shortlist of the best-fit candidates for them to consider based on their hiring criteria.
How does Hiring Pro work?
SMB hirers can describe the job they’re hiring for, and Hiring Pro will develop a tailored hiring plan, starting with drafting and posting a job post, then searching LinkedIn’s network of 1 billion+ professionals for candidates who match the must-have qualifications and inviting them to apply.
Hiring Pro then thoroughly reviews applicants and creates a shortlist to further screen. Shortlisted applicants can be evaluated with an AI-powered interview, providing a detailed breakdown of how each applicant’s qualifications align with the job requirements so SMBs can make informed hiring decisions.

Job Match
What is Job Match?
Job Match lets job seekers see how their profile matches with a job description in seconds and get detailed insights into which qualifications they meet and which ones they might be missing, helping them more quickly decide if a job is the right fit for them and if they should apply.
How does Job Match work?
Job Match uses LinkedIn’s advanced AI to understand both job descriptions and seeker profiles in depth. It considers explicit skills listed on a profile and implicit signals, like publishing an article that demonstrates expertise. The system compares these skills and experiences to the job’s required and preferred qualifications to generate a match rating and insight summary. This helps identify how closely a seeker’s profile aligns with the role.
