By approving a Microsoft advertiser to integrate with your LinkedIn Page, you are allowing the advertiser to create ad campaigns on LinkedIn on behalf of your organization and retrieve related reporting metrics.
Approving a Microsoft advertiser will associate you with the advertiser, but it doesn't directly impact your LinkedIn Page. The Microsoft advertiser won't have access to any information about your LinkedIn Page accounts, including ad campaigns, ad accounts or posts.
Keep in mind the following after your approve a Microsoft advertiser:

You won't have access to the ads account or ads management of the advertiser via LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

You won't receive notifications about the ad or the advertiser via LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

You won't be able to appeal a policy decision on behalf of the advertiser via LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

You won't be negatively affected if the advertiser engages in behavior that violates LinkedIn's professional policies.
