View video transcripts in Learning

Last updated: 1 year ago
Transcripts are available for the majority of LinkedIn Learning courses. Transcripts are written documents outlining the audio content of the video. They are a good resource for reviewing the course content and great way to search for specific information within a course.
To access transcripts:
  1. Select the course you wish to view.
  2. Below the player, click the Transcript tab.
You can either scroll through the transcripts, or follow along as the instructor speaks.
You can also search for keywords in a transcript:
  1. Click the Transcript tab.
  2. In the Find in transcript search box, enter the word or term you’d like to find.
    • You can also select if you’d search In this video or In this course.
  3. Beneath the search bar, preview sections of the course or video where your search terms appear will be highlighted.
  4. Click one of the preview sections to jump to that point in the video or course.

Notes:
  • Transcripts are clickable. You can click on any part of the transcript to jump to the corresponding portion of the video.
  • Not all courses include transcripts, so if you do not see the Transcripts tab, it's possible that the course you are viewing does not offer them at this time.
You can also like courses and make notes as you watch a course.
