You can take a screenshot of the error or issue and send it to Customer Support. A screenshot of the error will help us better understand your issue.
To take a screenshot on iOS:

Go to the screen where you see the error or issue.

Do one of the following:
- On an iPhone with Face ID: Press and release the Power and the Volume up buttons at the same time.
- On an iPhone with a Home button: Press and release the Home button and Power button at the same time.

At the lower-left corner, you’ll find a preview of your screenshot.

Tap the preview to open it or swipe left to close it.

You can find your screenshot in the Photos app.
To take a screenshot on your Android device:

Go to the screen where you see the error or issue.

Depending on your phone:
- Press the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time.
- If that doesn’t work, press and hold the Power button for a few seconds. Then tap Screenshot.
- If neither of these work, go to your phone manufacturer’s support site for help.

At the lower-left corner, you’ll find a preview of your screenshot. On some phones, at the top of the screen, you'll find screenshot preview.

Tap the preview to open it or swipe left to close it.

You can find your screenshot in the Photos or Gallery app.
