Create a screenshot on your mobile device

You can take a screenshot of the error or issue and send it to Customer Support. A screenshot of the error will help us better understand your issue.

To take a screenshot on iOS:
  1. Go to the screen where you see the error or issue.
  2. Do one of the following:

    • On an iPhone with Face ID: Press and release the Power and the Volume up buttons at the same time.
    • On an iPhone with a Home button: Press and release the Home button and Power button at the same time.
  3. At the lower-left corner, you’ll find a preview of your screenshot. 

  4. Tap the preview to open it or swipe left to close it.

  5. You can find your screenshot in the Photos app.
