Promoted jobs in your job search results

Who can use this feature?

We’re gradually making this feature available, and you might not have access to it at this time.

LinkedIn now labels jobs as ‘Promoted by hirer’ on the job search page in order to be more transparent about your job search results. Promoted jobs are paid for by hirers actively engaged with that specific job and may appear higher in your search results to increase visibility to candidates like you, based on your profile, skills, and activity. You can also find a reminder of 'How promoted jobs are ranked' at the top of your search results page.
