Reset your password

Resetting your password is easy and secure. To authenticate your identity, we'll send a authentication code to the email address or phone number associated with your account. After authentication, you will be directed to reset your password.

You can reset your password on the Sign in page.
  1. Click Forgot password?

  2. Enter an email address or phone number associated with your account.

You may be asked for a two-factor authentication code if you have it enabled on your account. You may also be prompted for additional challenges for added security for your account. These challenges include authenticating through an additional email address or phone number associated with your account and sign-in security prompt for password reset.

Once you have completed the password reset process, you’ll receive an email from us confirming the change.

Note: The authentication code is valid for a limited time. Once you successfully sign in, you can add another email address or a phone number to make sure you can always access your account in the future.

Results
