You can post content on LinkedIn using the  share box at the top of the LinkedIn homepage. Click Start a post or draft with AI from the share box on top of the LinkedIn Feed on desktop or tap the Post icon on mobile to view additional sharing options and get started.

  • Use Start a post to share your thoughts.

  • Use Video to share a video.

  • Use Photo to share an image or multiple images.

  • Use Write article to publish articles.

When you click into the share box on desktop or tap the Post icon on mobile, you can see the following additional options when you click the  More icon:

  • Celebrate an occasion
  • Share that you’re hiring
  • Create a poll
  • Add a document
  • Find an expert

Note: When a member comments on their own post, an Author tag will be displayed next to their name.
