Yes. Admins in China will be on the same platform as everyone else. 

Social features are switched on by default, but admins can choose to switch off these features for their learners. If an admin chooses to keep their social features on, then all their learners (except those based in mainland China) can see the features if they have bound accounts. Learners who don’t bind their accounts won’t be able to see any of the social features (Social panel, learning groups), except for the curator role.

For learners located in mainland China, the social features won't appear in their user experience. The admin settings will still appear as On, but we'll automatically disable it for learners in China.

No. The admin reporting experience will not change. 

Most new features will be available in China if they don't have a strong social aspect or require direct connection with Linkedin.com.

No. Career development features aren’t social in nature and are included in the new experience. These features include Career Goal Setting, Role guides, Internal Job integrations (i.e. jobs in LinkedIn Learning), and Skills evaluations. 

Admins can use their enterprise login to access the dashboard and features.

You can invite users via LinkedIn Admin Center, which is the experience that currently exists within LinkedIn Learning.

When you send activation emails to learners, they'll activate their Learning license via Activation Email, which is the experience that currently exists in LinkedIn Learning. 

Integration capabilities haven't changed, so if other learning platforms operate in China, you'll be able to integrate LinkedIn Learning content with them. 

You can currently log in only through email. Bound learners can log in with their regular credentials, and unbound learners must log in with an enterprise email that can be accessed from China.

No, SSO will not be affected.

While in China, learners who previously bound their LinkedIn profile to their Learning account will see certain social features removed. However, when the learner leaves China, those features will return.

Yes. Learners have access to all content.

We can use the learner's IP address to identify whether they're accessing the modified experience from the China Mainland.

User data won't have a server in China. All user data will be stored outside of China, no matter where the customer/learner activity occurs.
