Last updated: 2 years ago

LinkedIn Learning offers subscription plans for individuals, teams, and organizations.

LinkedIn Learning login issues for individual subscribers

  • If you’re having trouble using LinkedIn Learning, please review the Access LinkedIn Learning – Enterprise and individual subscribers. (See Related tasks section below.)

  • Check to see if your password is correct. If you’re not sure whether your password is correct or not, you can reset your password on LinkedIn. Make sure your caps lock is not enabled, as passwords are case-sensitive. (See Related tasks section below.)

  • Ensure cookies are enabled in your web browser.
  • Check to see if there is any security or privacy software running on your computer that could be affecting your login.
  • Try clearing your browser cache and cookies. (See Learn more section below.)

Important to know

You must have a LinkedIn profile to access LinkedIn Learning.

LinkedIn Learning login issues for Enterprise subscribers

  • If you’re having trouble logging in to Learning, review the Logging in to Learning with an Enterprise License - FAQ in the Learn more section below.

  • Check if license requires you to activate your account using email domain verification. (See Related tasks section below.)

  • Check if you meet the minimum system requirements for LinkedIn Learning.
