Update billing contact for your LinkedIn contract

Important to know

LinkedIn Admin Center, our new centralized location to manage your purchases, is available to all customers. You can access contracts purchased through a LinkedIn sales representative for Hiring, Learning and Sales Navigator in LinkedIn Admin Center. Marketing purchases will not be supported. We recommend you to explore and start using LinkedIn Admin Center as it gives you more control and transparency to your LinkedIn contracts. You can’t pay by credit or debit card if you choose to pay by invoice. This option means you’ll pay via ACH, wire transfer, or check (check payment is only available for U.S. and Canada).

LinkedIn Admin Center is a new centralized location to manage your purchases, including managing your credit cards and associating the cards as payment methods for individual contracts. All the credit cards stored in the account can be managed by admins of each contract.

As a billing contact in the LinkedIn Admin Center, you will be the point of contact with your name printed on the contract. You as a primary contact, billing contact or an admin will also be able to invite or remove individuals as admins to manage or make changes to the contract payments. To update billing contact on your contract, please contact our Billing support team by clicking Start chat displayed at the bottom of this help center article. We’ll need the following information to complete your request:

  • New contact’s first and last name
  • New contact’s work email address
  • Your LinkedIn contract number (with prefix FLD)
