Cancel your Sales Navigator Advanced account

If you purchased your Sales Navigator Advanced subscription plan online, you can cancel it from within Admin Center. Before proceeding, ensure you understand the results of canceling your account.

Who can use this feature?

Only a purchaser admin can cancel a Sales Navigator Advanced online subscription.

To cancel your Sales Navigator Advanced online subscription:

  1. Sign in to Sales Navigator.

  2. Click Admin in the top menu.

  3. Click Admin Center in the top menu. The LinkedIn Admin Center homepage opens.

  4. Click Purchases in the left menu.

  5. In the Active tab, select the subscription you would like to cancel.

  6. From the Actions section at the top of the page, select Cancel free trial or Cancel subscription and follow the steps on the screen to complete canceling your subscription.

  7. After canceling your account, if you think you are eligible for a refund, you can submit a refund request.

Keep in mind, if you’d like to close and delete your personal LinkedIn account and you have an active Sales Navigator subscription, you’ll need to cancel your Sales Navigator subscription first. If your subscription is provided by your employer, please contact your admin to request that they remove you from the account.
