You can change the payment method associated with a Job Posting account using the LinkedIn Admin Center.
To change your new payment method for a job posting account:

Navigate to the LinkedIn Admin Center page.

Click Overview on the left pane.

Click Job postings on LinkedIn.com. You'll be able to view the payment methods associated with this Job Posting account.

Click Change payment method.

Select the payment method that you want to switch to from the dropdown.

Click Confirm changes.
