We are proud to announce a new project: End of Line Contaminant Detection for Lyka Lyka produces fresh dog food to human food standards, with a core focus on health, quality, and safety. That bar is non-negotiable. Every pack leaving the facility must meet strict internal and regulatory expectations, and even a small quality slip can undermine customer trust. This makes end of line quality control a mission critical step in their operation. What We Do We deploy advanced sensing at the end of the production line to detect contaminants before products are shipped. By inspecting every unit at the final checkpoint, defective products are intercepted early, preventing them from reaching customers. Just as importantly, quality data is captured and linked to production context, giving Lyka confidence that what leaves the factory meets their standards every time. Return on Investment The impact is immediate and measurable. Lyka benefits from reduced product loss, fewer recalls, and a significant drop in customer complaints. Confidence in end of line quality control has increased across operations, allowing teams to move faster without compromising safety.
