The IT talent landscape has changed — and so has the way organizations need to build their pipelines. In this video, Alyssa Sweet, Director of Delivery, Strategic Alliances, and Alexis Agee, Client Delivery Manager, share how a Level 2 help desk staffing challenge became an opportunity to build something bigger. With hiring constraints, workforce reductions, and evolving skill needs, the client needed more than a quick fix. They needed a repeatable model. Today, what began as a pilot is an ongoing, twice-yearly program that adapts to technical needs and creates meaningful early-career pathways. Tenure has increased from 12 to 24 months, and the model now scales with the client’s environment. It’s a great example of what happens when skills-first hiring meets long-term workforce planning.
