I had the JOY of visiting a bucket list destination to attend YPO Global Learning Conference & EDGE in Sydney this month. Sessions included The Buy-In Secret for employees with Dave Garrison, AI Essentials with Rajeev Kapur , AI Implementation in Business with Scott Farquhar, Open-Source Intelligence Tools with Steve Muntean, and conversations on heart-centered leadership with William Heinecke. A constant theme in the conference was the role AI will continue to play in the workplace; these sessions were all highlights for me. I was also extremely fortunate to share in unforgettable experiences like a BMW driving experience to Wollongong, a private performance at the Sydney Opera House, a party on Cockatoo Island, and after hours time at the Sydney Zoo. Most of all, I’m grateful for the connections with many new friends and incredible business leaders from around the world.
