Improve your communication skills with private, real-time, and judgment-free roleplay coaching — powered by AI.

About us

Yoodli is an AI-powered communication enablement platform that helps revenue teams scale roleplay and coaching—giving managers time back, building confident reps faster, and driving pipeline impact. Sales leaders know that confident, prepared reps close more deals. But traditional roleplays and coaching are hard to scale. They consume manager hours, leave gaps in feedback, and slow down onboarding. Yoodli changes the game. With AI-powered roleplay, instant feedback, and scalable coaching insights, reps can practice discovery calls, objection handling, negotiations, and presentations anytime, anywhere—while managers focus on strategy instead of micromanaging. Trusted by Fortune 100 companies including Google, Korn Ferry, Dale Carnegie, and Toastmasters, Yoodli equips sales teams with the confidence and consistency they need to win. Leaders save time, reps ramp faster, and revenue grows. 💡 Learn more or request a demo: yoodli.ai/contact-sales

One of the most rewarding parts of building isn’t the tech, it’s seeing what customers actually do with it. This Business Insider piece highlights something we’re seeing across the board: AI roleplays are fundamentally changing how teams learn, practice, and improve. Two examples that stood out: • A Braintrust client improved “personal connection” from 10% → 84% in just 3 months • ServiceNow cut ramp time from 3 months → 6 weeks for ~8,000 sellers That first one hits especially close to home. Braintrust (a sales training firm across pharma, SaaS, and finance) used Yoodli AI Roleplays to build a custom AI oncologist persona for a cancer diagnostics team. Reps practiced real conversations, got scored against a rubric, and kept iterating. Going from 10% to 84% on something as human as connection isn’t just a stat. It’s a signal that experiential learning is finally catching up to how people actually improve. This means: no more “vibe checks”, no more one-shot roleplays. But more so - deliberate practice at scale. ServiceNow’s CLO Jayney Howson said it best: “AI should help you manage so you can lead.” Proud to see partners like Braintrust (thank you Jeff Bittner and team) leading here, and even more excited about what this unlocks for every team that’s been stuck between theory and real-world reps. People often ask -- when it's all over, how will you know if starting a company was worth it? My take: if former Yoodlers still hang out years later, fondly reminiscing about specific moments: "Remember that time when.." or "that was the most fulfilled I've been.." type conversations. I've seen it firsthand at companies like Tableau, Panopto, and early Google. Esha Joshi and I spend a lot of time thinking about what kind of workplace Yoodli AI Roleplays is. Not just the perks, metrics or the mission statement, but how we actually show up for each other day to day. I'm really proud that Yoodli is a finalist for Workplace of the Year award across the Pacific Northwest. This is less an award not about revenue, or fundraising but culture - How we show up and what we stand for. The other finalists are companies we deeply admire so special congrats to everyone involved (AI2 Incubator, Carbon Robotics, Humanly (humanly.io), DAT Freight & Analytics)! thanks to GeekWire for the nomination. If you've seen the Yoodli team in action and it left an impression, we'd love your vote! https://lnkd.in/gS7M3ksS

  • Business Insider is covering how enterprises are rethinking sales training, and Yoodli is at the center of it. Two customers, two very different use cases: ServiceNow cut seller ramp time from three months to six weeks, and Braintrust helped a cancer diagnostics team improve a core sales skill from 10% to 84% in just three months, using a custom AI oncologist persona built in Yoodli. Thank you to Jeff Bittner at Braintrust and Jayney Howson at ServiceNow for sharing your experiences so openly, and to Aaron Mok for bringing this story together. Ready to bring this to your team? I just realized our eng team has been pranking our sellers and customers with easter eggs hidden throughout the product -- and it's soooo fun. Last week, mid-demo with a customer, we stumbled onto a hidden button in our new voices feature. It's invisible until you hover over it; but if you click it, you're suddenly you're having a conversation with a loud drill sergeant or a crackly robot. Everyone cracked up on the call :-) One of my favorite parts of working at Yoodli AI Roleplays -- the eng team keeps things genuinely playful while shipping fast and building serious enterprise features at the same time. For our customers: what easter eggs have you found? And what do you wish we hid next?

One of the first things I had to unlearn as Yoodli grew: speed always equals progress. In the early days, moving fast was the entire game. At some point, speed without judgment starts costing you more than it earns you. You're moving fast on the wrong things. Or fast on things someone else should own. So we changed our operating principle. We don't just "move fast" anymore. We move with velocity and judgment. The judgment part comes down to two questions before you act: Do we have the data to make this call confidently and keep moving in the right direction? And: am I actually the right person to do this, or is there someone better positioned? That second question is the one most founders skip. For me, doing feels like leading. But spending energy on something you didn't need to own isn't speed. It's just noise. Velocity with judgment means you're still moving fast. You're just moving fast on the right things, in the right hands. We updated our Yoodli AI Roleplays values to include this!

  • Our Chief Revenue Officer, Josh Vitello, on what Oluchi Okananwa's response to sideline coaching teaches us about high-performance culture, and why private practice changes how people show up to the real moment. This is exactly what we're building at Yoodli. Want to bring that kind of coaching culture to your team? Get connected 👉 https://lnkd.in/gs7CSCmY

You probably saw the clip last week. Maryland's Brenda Frese, in Oluchi Okananwa's face on the sideline, finger pointed, voice raised... the internet with opinions. What Okananwa said afterward I found so moving: "Coach understands I'm a competitor at heart. I love to be coached hard, and that's what she does with me every single day." She went back out, scored, got a steal - finished with 21 points and six rebounds. I've spent a long time around high-performing teams. The best ones, without exception, have people who genuinely want to be pushed. Who understand that hard feedback is a form of belief, not attack. I LOVE this attitude. And I love leaders who create the conditions that enable it. And I recognize that it's not universal. Not everyone is ready to receive that kind of coaching in public, under pressure, with everyone watching. That's not a character flaw. It's just where you are. What we've seen with Yoodli AI Roleplays is that when people have a private space to get honest, direct feedback on how they communicate and how they show up - they build that tolerance quietly, on their own terms. And they show up to the real moment differently, more ready, more confident. More Okananwa? The work is worth it, wherever you're starting from. #Leadership #Coaching #GrowthMindset #AI #MarchMadness

Introducing Multi-Modal Programs. Enterprise learning has long had a completion problem. But the real issue isn't whether people finish, it's whether they ever actually practice. Multi-Modal Programs closes the gap, bringing context and practice into one connected experience, so the thread from learning to doing never breaks. If your team is ready to close the gap between content and practice, see it live: https://lnkd.in/g_2sZtqN Read more on our blog in the comments.
