We’re proud to announce the opening of Denton County Winwater. Led by Local Company President Colin Warren, Denton County Winwater opened its doors on September 1, 2025 in Ponder, Texas. The 14,500-square-foot facility serves the Waterworks industry and is the newest addition to the Winsupply Family of Companies. The company was sponsored by Zac Hansen, President of North Texas Winwater, through Winsupply’s hub and spoke model, which helps new entrepreneurs launch and lead their own companies. “Winsupply’s business model rewards current presidents for helping the next generation of leaders,” said Jeff Dice, President of Winsupply Inc. “This has led to about 20 new Local Companies in the past year.” Congratulations to Colin and his team on this exciting start.

This is from a new, call-in customer who was helped by Matthew today: “Chris, I asked for your contact because I had a sales rep help me today with amazing service..His name is Matt, I found ironic that it was the same name as mine. He mentioned how he was newer and having a hard time finding this super weird fitting in the computer and that what he did find was showing 0 but thought he had seen some… I was looking hard and I’ve called seven other places in Kansas City and they all told me that they didn’t have one just to keep calling around to other places….or order and wait… Matt took an initiative asked if it was OK to put me on a brief hold while he went out in the stock area and looked. He came back and said he found one that took me by surprise that someone actually got out of the desk and went back and looked in the area where they thought they might’ve saw something and was able to save the day for us … he took a picture of it with his cell phone and sent me a text and I confirmed that that is the part that I need it… during that whole of waiting time a couple of your other sales employees also chimed in on the phone and asked if I was being helped so they were providing very good customer service Making sure that I wasn’t just sitting on hold for no reason. I explained that Matt had went to go look for a weird part and they said sounds good, Just wanted to make sure you were taken care of …so kudos to those guys as well. Just wanted to express the great customer service. I know a lot of guys don’t take the time to write an email or make a phone call and that sometimes something like this really helps the manager know that the employees are going out of their way to make sure I could get what I needed!
