Great joining Cheryl Casone on Fox Business Network this morning to discuss the strong summer travel season and continued demand across private aviation. At Wheels Up, we’re meeting that demand with a modernized fleet, an elevated member experience, and our exclusive partnership with Delta Air Lines, creating more flexibility across private and commercial travel. Appreciate Cheryl, Maria Bartiromo, and the FOX Business team for having me on.

Transformation takes focus, discipline, and a willingness to rethink how an industry operates. I appreciate Aviation Week drawing parallels between the journeys of Bombardier and Wheels Up, two companies focused on simplifying operations, strengthening the customer experience, and building for long-term success. At Wheels Up, that has meant building a world-class operation, modernizing our fleet, increasing transparency, streamlining our organization, and expanding integrated travel options through our partnership with Delta Air Lines. We’ve made meaningful progress, and I’m proud of the foundation our team has built for sustainable growth. Thank you to Lee Ann Shay and Aviation Week Network for the thoughtful feature. https://bit.ly/4dtzwS8

More momentum. More growth. More ahead for Wheels Up. With support from our investor group led by Delta Air Lines and new mezzanine financing from AIP Capital, we've secured $165 million in incremental liquidity to fuel additional fleet investment and multi-year growth. We completed our fleet modernization 18 months ahead of schedule, grew our Phenom and Challenger fleet from 21 to 36 aircraft over the past year, and plan to double it again in 2026. "The corporate segment continues to be our strongest segment. We're seeing really strong acceleration with corporate growing at roughly 25 percent a year over the last couple of years," shared George Mattson, CEO, Wheels Up, with Business Travel News. As we continue investing in the fleet and the member experience, we're focused on shaping the future of private aviation. Thank you Donna M. Airoldi and Business Travel News.
